Offerings
1:1 ancestral connection sessions
This is an invitation to explore spaces of curiosity, compassion, healing, connection, accountability, and homecoming with your beloved ancestors. Each session centers on embodied resourcing practices to facilitate ancestral connections through deep presence.
1:1 integration sessions
This is an invitation to process and prepare for ceremonial medicine experiences. Preparation and processing work includes exploring practices and co-weaving rituals that may be supportive of both integrating past experiences and preparing for future ceremonial experiences.
***All sessions offered are encouraged to flow at a pace that allows you to integrate this work in a manner that supports your well-being. Sessions are not a replacement or substitute for working with a licensed therapist but are complementary and may provide insight into life's challenges.

Sessions take place via video conferencing via Zoom. Clients are invited to create a free Zoom account here, for convenience.
