Saltwater & Honey: A Prayer Ritual to Spirit

A Virtual Ritual Gathering

Tamira Cousett & Shauna Janz warmly invite those who feel called to join us in a guided 'heart-full' prayer ritual as offering to Spirit.

Our time together will be grounded in embodied presence and Earth connection practices as we weave together threads of guided prayer, song (orin), internal reflection, movement, soul-scribing and offerings. Folks will be encouraged to honor their authentic expressions of prayer within a ritual container that honors the vast array of spiritual ecologies that support and uplift our lives and futures.

Join us as we gather in alignment with the thinning of the veils to energize our prayers and wishes as a way of nurturing our sacred relationships with the realms of Spirit and dream into our futures.

We are working to secure support for ASL interpretation and will offer closed captioning. If you would like to attend and require additional accommodations please reach out to us.

Abundance Death Faire 2021: Exploring Ancestral Connections in Times of Change

Tamira Cousett is offering an Ancestral Connection portal of practice. Our container will open with oriki (praise poetry) and orin (song) and will be followed by a communal discussion around ancestral connections, memories, wisdoms and practices centering grief and praise in these times of change. The practice will close with a guided embodied practice of connection with one's own elevated Ancestors for their counsel and wisdom they wish to share in these times. Folks will be invited to contribute to a small nature-based offering in honor of their Ancestors. Attendees of the Death Faire are warmly invited to engage with the virtual resources Tamira has crafted which includes an infographic, recorded guided practice, transcript and reflection questions to support folks with ongoing Ancestral Connection practices.
