I’m quite amazed and excited about what has happened since our session. Out of nowhere this morning I decided I needed to speak to my mother about the abusive ways she behaved toward me when I was a child. I spoke to her and for the first time I was able to really express everything clearly, and she did take some responsibility for the first time ever, even admitting to some physical violence that she had in the past told me I had imagined.
